Skeive Dager 2012 (Oslo Pride)

The Oslo Pride parade has got to be one of the noisiest and rowdiest events that take place in the city each year. It's a tribute to the openness of the Norwegian people: that whatever your race, religion, or sexual orientation, is, you can live your life in Norway knowing that the law will not judge you for who you are.

And while the sun didn't grace the event unlike last year, we were still lucky. It didn't rain, and the parade pulled through successfully without anyone getting rain-soaked. And every year the parade breaks records: 12,000 participants and probably hundreds of thousands of spectators, reports say.

I am quite tired after walking and running constantly for 3 hours! So, as always, enjoy the rest of the pictures. But be warned: some pictures are not suitable for children!
